Went to Ritz today to say goodbye. Stopped in to see Chef Roberto and HR department. Made the rounds and ran into Leo, the Marina chef. He said he spoke with Chef Perez and he will let me work at his other restaurant 2 hours north in Llança, Spain!!! It's a small town near the southern French border, and supposedly beautiful part of the country. Pumped!
So today I'm workin on hostel in Llança as well as transportation there for tomorrow. Its so cool how everything is working out so far. Couldn't really imagine a better way to spend this last week. Then def bck to Paris to see the boys at Vin Choi Moi. Might even have to fly outta Barcelona so might come back for a day to eat more!!!
Hope all is well back home, this should be an adventure findin this place tomorrow and meetin this chef. Excited about new city too...
