July 10th

Got in late last night to our amazing hotel. Great room, huge terrace, and incredible views... We are on top of a mountain looking over the city. I didn't get much sleep, but havin a great day already. Woke up around 6, so I went for a run. Had breakfast down by the pool, and Ma and I went into the city to check out the Ritz and do my laundry. So funny, Ma is helping me fold my clothes, and this old guy stops to stare at her professional folding skills, lol!

I went to speak to the chef about my stagé, and he was really cool. As long as our HR dept. back home sends them the ok, I should start in a few days!!!! There are five restaurants at the hotel, as well as a casino. It looks very nice, really hopin everything will work out, but things sounded good today so we shall see.

Back in the room, havin a drink, bout to hit the pool.
