Well it's Sunday, and just about all the restaurants I've gone to are closed..
Went to lunch at another Café today... This is def a fav of mine, having lunch on an open air patio. Wish we had more of these back home. I see a lot of people drinking mojito's, so I ordered one with my Pain Baguette (the best ham and cheese you'll ever have! They use butter like Grandma Lois instead of mayo). Prob the worst mojito ever, lol! Mark Bowlin you would do great as a bartender over here.
Now I'm at the hotel bar. Wasn't gonna do a drink here, but I saw Hendricks! I couldn't resist... G and T, for Jilly Bates! They served me Tapenade (black olive spread) and crusty baguette... I'm not usually a fan of black olives, but this was unbelievable! I'm sure everything just tastes better because its my first trip here, but wow!
Tonight, they are showing the Euro2012 final on a big screen down by the Eiffel Tower, so I'm headed back down there to watch the soccer match? or football game? I don't really know what I'm supposed to call it, but I'm pumped to watch it somewhere besides a cramped bar or my room.
Only a few pics today... I'm looking forward to tomorrow though. I'll be in a hostel all week, in the city, finally! I start work Wednesday, but im gonna go attempt to find another stagé. Then the rents and the Canadians show up on Friday!!!
Pics...
Cool Jag I saw, first cool ride I've seen
Phò and Tex-Mex in France, LMAO!

Sean - it has and always will be FOOTBALL in Europe - sad that the americans couldn't figure out their own name for American Football - especially since it doesn't have a thing to do with FEET!!! Loving all the posts and the pics - so happy that your people are coming over it will be nice for you to have some familiar faces for a bit :) Much love and light to you - and don't worry things here are as you would expect in the restaurant industry in July in Texas... slow, slow, slow - miss your bright shining face and my daily son hugs!!
